Yue Sun is a postdoctoral researcher working with Prof. David Johnson and Abigail Coole in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences of the University of Manchester. Her research focuses on the interactions between plants, soils, and microorganisms in urban ecosystems. Through studies at different temporal and spatial scales, we will explore the impact of urbanization on the C and nutrient fluxes in soil, and on the biodiversity of the plant-soil system.
